Recently, one of my clients purchased a new HP printer with multiple trays. She bought the HP specifically because it supported Airprint – so she could print directly from her iPad and iPhone.
The problem is that Airprint does not allow tray selection – and the HP automatically sends pictures from iOS to the photo tray. What if you want to print an 8×10 directly from iOS?
The solution is to download HP ePrint from the App Store. This app allows you to chose trays, paper size, and etc. It’s also relatively easy to use – and free.
My HP 5520 will not print. It goes thru the motions but
the page is always blank. New ink cartridges have been
installed.
I would like a house call. You were here several months
ago to start up my Apple IMAC.

Hi Mr. Brown,
Just wanted to post a follow-up and see how the new printer is functioning after my house call?
